MTU or Mahamaya Technical University has released a circular in which they have announced that the Carry over forms for even semester. This means that students with backs in their even semester can fill up the forms and submit them to appear in the students who have back(s) in their 1st semester and second year students who have back(s) in their 2nd semester can fill this form.
But keep in mind, that you can fill up the form for only four subjects combined with odd semester carry papers.
